Hello, I’m Jodie Benveniste
Psychologist | Coach | Creative Human
I believe creativity is sacred work.
It takes courage to bring something original into the world and it can be just as confronting as it is fulfilling.
As a published author and registered psychologist, I understand the beauty and vulnerability of the creative process. I know how inner critics, fears, and pressure can block the work we’re here to make.
Discovering Internal Family Systems (IFS) changed everything for me. It helped me understand the internal blocks holding me back - and taught me to meet them with compassion instead of force.
Now I bring that same approach into my coaching:
